Cupcake A La Mode began with a simple belief: dessert should feel like a little moment of luxury in the middle of an ordinary day. Even as we’ve grown, one thing has never changed: every cupcake is still mixed, baked, and hand-frosted right here in our Plaza shop. No shortcuts. No outsourcing. Just real buttercream, real ingredients, and real humans who love making people smile (and sometimes get frosting on their aprons).
